At all times throughout my experience I felt heard, held and supported, not just by them but also the community they bring together. In just a few short weeks , they have made it easy (and fun!) to learn the fundamentals of what is a complex subject area and set the bar for educators in this pioneering field. I have enrolled in the coaching certification program and cannot wait to continue this trajectory!

Here are a few things noticed while in the program:

• I LOVED microdosing combined with yoga. It allowed me to feel into and be more present in my body
• I was more patient with my mother (my intention was to be more compassionate and calm which I felt I was)
• I had a lot more acceptance of the circumstantial things in my life that I have no control over
