Do you have any thoughts or meaningful moments you’d like to share about the program?

Through the course, I’ve been applying to become a Registered Kinesiologist, this came through on our last day. The following day I had an amazing interview and set myself up in a job that will fit my lifestyle and time commitments. Super happy!

I’ve also always felt that I was never really ‘on par’ with other professionals in my field… but in the last month, I’ve noticed a shift and a recognition that they look to me for guidance and respect my offerings. This helps me fully see that I am on the right path.

Did you have any shifts in your personal relationships?

Yes, I’m much more open with the people around me… but at the same time I am experiencing a shift in keeping boundaries in certain relationships. I can ask, or say no to, the things that I need and work to create the path that I know is healthy and supportive.
