Paul F. Austin is one of the most prominent voices in the world of psychedelics and the author of “Mastering Microdosing: How to Use Sub-Perceptual Psychedelics to Heal Trauma, Improve Performance and Transform Your Life”.

As the founder of Third Wave, he has educated millions on the importance of safe and effective psychedelic experiences. A pioneer at the intersection of microdosing, personal transformation, and professional success, he has been featured in Forbes, Rolling Stone, and the BBC’s Worklife.

Paul helps others use microdosing as a tool for professional development and increased self-awareness by treating the use of psychedelics as a skill refined through mentorship and courageous exploration.

Veena Sidhu

COO

Veena works closely with C-level executives for companies looking to scale to $30 million and beyond. She is passionate about setting up systems and processes to help assess a business, visualize goals, and set clear actionable steps to achieve them.

Veena has 17 years of experience in the publishing, education, and marketing industries — from being an editor for a leading medical aesthetics magazine in South East Asia, to co-founding and becoming the CEO of Mindvalley’s affiliate network (Mindvalley Engage) and then Senior Partner at Mindvalley group of companies.

She has scaled marketing, operations, and business development for multiple brands globally, and learned the heart and science of people mastery from renowned authorities in leadership and relationships.

Veena lives in Malaysia and loves music, food and travel. She also loves a good glass of champagne and is a sucker for puzzles and word games.

Jamie Norrish

Program Manager

Jamie is an experienced entrepreneur with a proven track record in leadership and team building, now focusing his expertise on the dynamic and transformative field of psychedelics.

With a passion for the transformative potential of psychedelics to support mental health and enhance quality of life, Jamie brings a unique blend of organizational expertise and a deep understanding of plant medicine to his role at the Psychedelic Coaching Institute. With 15 years of personal and professional experience in plant medicine and psychedelics, Jamie is also a practicing transformational coach, dedicated to supporting individuals on their journeys of growth and healing.

As Program Manager, Jamie is committed to expanding education and access to psychedelics, aligning with the Institute’s vision of making these transformative tools more widely understood and accepted.

Janine Campoto

Program Coordinator

Janine has over 13 years of experience in various fields, including teaching, customer service, executive and administrative assistance, and supporting business growth. She is passionate about helping others and creating positive change through her work.

Outside of work, Janine enjoys reading books, journaling, painting, visiting museums, and exploring nature. Her love for creativity and personal growth is central to her life and endeavors. Janine currently resides in the Philippines and enjoys coffee. She also enjoys listening to music and, when alone, enjoys reading classic novels and writing short stories.

Jennifer Cregar

Program Advisor

Jennifer Cregar merges corporate leadership with holistic personal growth. After 15 years in Enterprise Sales, she shifted to her passion—guiding others through transformation. As Program Advisor for the Psychedelic Coaching Institute, she blends strategic insight with empathy, helping prospective students navigate enrollment.

Jennifer holds a B.S. in Psychology and coaching certifications from Harvard Medical School and PCI. A Certified Psychedelic Coach and Trauma-Informed Practitioner, she specializes in microdosing, harm reduction, and integration support. She sees psychedelics as catalysts for sustainable growth, applying her sales expertise to empower coaches and clinicians. A dedicated yogi, vegan, distance swimmer, and Transcendental Meditation practitioner, Jennifer embodies the balance she teaches—bridging corporate performance with holistic well-being.

Asim Janjua

Program Advisor

Asim Janjua is a leadership and executive coach, entrepreneur, and advocate for human growth and transformation. With a background rooted in technology and business, he co-founded Mamo, a FinTech company based in Dubai, and has served as an advisor to several innovative startups. Asim’s expertise spans organizational design, human-centered innovation, and leadership, all of which inform his passion for guiding individuals through the complexities of personal and professional transformation.

As a Program Advisor for the Psychedelic Coaching Institute (PCI), Asim integrates his deep knowledge of human-centered design, behavioral science, and mindfulness to help individuals overcome challenges. His compassionate, holistic approach emphasizes the transformative potential of psychedelics in coaching and personal development. Through his leadership experience, medicine-assisted coaching, and commitment to mental health, Asim empowers others to unlock their potential and achieve lasting, meaningful change.

Angela Balboa

Program Advisor

Angela Balboa is the owner/ founder of Big Life Wellness and The Sanctuary Retreat, a TW certified psychedelic coach, NBC-HWC, certified Functional Medicine Health Coach, Nutritionist and End of Life Doula. After experiencing severe burnout in an intense 20-year executive career and navigating personal family crisis, she experienced a profound life-changing experience with plant medicines. She purposefully realigned her life and career to focus on supporting clients through transforming their lives and health, end of life support and creating a private retreat space for healing body and mind. Angela is additionally certified as a Kambo practitioner and apprenticing in traditional Shamanism. She is a strong advocate for Veterans’ access to alternate healing of PTSD.

Jacob Styburski

Program Advisor

A Certified Executive Coach and seasoned Design leader, he brings nearly 20 years of experience in multi-channel experience design and innovation. He has held leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase, Frog Design, Meta, Grubhub, PayPal, and American Express. His work focuses on uniting perspectives, turning skeptics into advocates, and demonstrating Design’s impact at scale. Notable achievements include designing Disney’s Magic Band, leading PayPal’s global design refresh, and pioneering data-driven models at Grubhub.

Certified by Columbia Business School and the Psychedelic Coaching Institute, he coaches senior Design & Tech leaders, blending data-driven methods with psychedelic coaching for lasting transformation

Beyond corporate leadership, he co-founded and served as pitmaster of Revenge BBQ, an acclaimed Texas-style BBQ restaurant. His diverse background shapes his coaching, helping leaders align with their passions.
